IdPv3 and its metadata ?

Unfortunately, there are such SPs. We are working with one right now that uses that practice when the institution is not a member of a federation, and that is where I/we ran into the weird problem that when I set the session manager time short enough (60 seconds) in internal.xml, the metadata being output by the IdP was truncated.
