In general when I forget the name of a repository I got to the second of
your links, which includes the “currently under development” stuff as well.
But a quick glance at the former looks OK.

I’d start with the java-shib-idp2-main project then

I'm not sure what you mean by this?  The installer (all platforms) is a
shell (or batch) file which fires up ant....
