Ignore spring tooling settings?

I haven't used it much to avoid having to dance around the pref files, but
yes, when the dependencies are in place, it will find those bean classes
and include them when refactors happen.

If we agree to ignore the prefs, I can do a bit of work to get
dependencies added to idp-conf so it will find these cases.
