DefaultSAML1NameIdentifierGenerator AttributeContext lookup ?

I thought we said that attributes were resolved and filtered per
relying party configuration, hence the AttributeContext hung off
RelyingPartyContext.

Did the attribute contexts get documented in the wiki ? Should I take
that on ? If so, I will postpone until after the SAML 1 flow gets
tighter.
