That was my thought.  I think we need to leave the files in the war folder
(because if someone removes them from the edit-webapp then things will go
pear shaped.

The only tricky bit might be to only do this once - if someone deletes
example-logo.png from theit edit-webapp because they don't need it then they
don't want it reappearing on every update.  The best bet is to
conditionalize the copy on idp.properties not being there.
