Shib IDP v3 with Tomcat

Hi, I've been installing Shib IDP v3 with Tomcat.  The status page works, but the URL https://myserver/idp/profile/Metadata/SAML<https://shibber.ncsa.illinois.edu/idp/profile/Metadata/SAML>
 returns a Tomcat "not found" error page and the logs are not showing other errors. Does this need to be set up somewhere in the Tomcat configuration?
