Default v3 UI appearance ?

Do most if not all IdP deployers provide their own login page (instead
of customizing the default login.jsp) ?

Is the default login.jsp worth spending much time on ? For example,
the default login.jsp username form field does not have
autocapitalize="off" autocorrect="off" etc.

Should the v3 consent pages use the uApprove CSS or the IdP's ? I
assume the IdP's.

Thanks. I started reconciling the uApprove v2 to v3 CSS and got
sidetracked a bit.
