That would be the WAR/EAR distro, right?  I see what it is doing and it's
pretty much what I envisaged.

It does make me wonder whether I might usefully use ant for the "common"
part of this work (creating the war file, copying files into
conf/flows/view).  If I create the build.xml carefully it will be reusable
(only the source directories would be different).

This of course does beg the next question:  Are we happy to continue to use
ant to build our distributioms?  I know that Tom looked at other
technologies, but for myself I'd say let's stick with what we know (there
again, I am always happiest on the trailing edge of technological advance).
