I didn't really follow all of that but just wanted to add my two
cents: entity attributes aren't really SAML specific and if by
"non-campus-oriented" you mean intra-enterprise, then yes, that's
mostly true today but it won't remain true for much longer. Already we
support sub-federation use of entity attributes (UCTrust, e.g.) and it
won't be long until that filters down into very specific campus use
cases.
