v3 idp metadata location?

Ok, I can't seem to figure out where to get a copy of v3 idp metadata to give to an SP. Can someone point me to it? Wiki reference or otherwise?

About all I could find were some mailing list discussion back in January about whether it was going to be static or dynamic.
