I forgot to ask on the call today, do we know if uApprove deployers use the Spring Resource abstraction to load the terms-of-use text from a remote source, e.g. SVN or HTTP ? If we use the MessageSource abstraction for the terms-of-use text to gain reloadability and il8m, we lose remoteness, does that matter ?
