You probably have a corrupt tree full of a mix of old and new jars,
bouncycastle in particular.

I've run the installer so far on:

Java 8 / Mac / 64Java 7 / Mac / 64
Java 6 / Mac / 64

OpenJDK 7 / Linux / 64
OpenJDK 6 / Linux / 64
Java 8 / Linux / 64
Java 7 / Linux / 64
Java 7 / Linux / 32
Java 6 / Linux / 64
