RH7 update

The CentOS 7 repo just showed up in the build service, and I got
curl-openssl to build there (that's the one that failed on their RH7 repo).

I'm going to file a bug on this and try and get them to fix things, but in
the meantime I should hopefully be able to get a package set built for
CentOS 7 to test.

I don't know if those packages could work on Red Hat or not, it's
possible. Somebody with a license should be able to give it a try.
