Rhino, Nashorn IdPV2 and Scripting

To summarise:

- I have a page which people have had a chance to review on the two
mechanisms needed to deal with Nashorn.
- I have placed the two jars of interest at www.shibboleth.net:/var/opt/tmp
(plus .asc files)
  I have also placed the LICENSE.TXT & THIRDPARTYLICNESES.TXT for one the
engine in the 
  same folder.  The second of these refers to the MPL license.

If we are ready to go, can some who knows the website better than I move
this to a suitable location.  I'll then make the final update to my
documentation and move it into the Shib2 wiki (probably underneath the
ResolverScriptAttributeDefinition topic.  We can then announce it, or point
people to it when they ask.

For the record Liam's appears to be solved by using these jars.  He has
another issue which is that his servers are running Java 6 and I may try to
do a rebuild under JDK1.6 for him.
