Conf organization?

I'm all for naming consistency in the files, but looking at the tree, I
don't think it reduces the clutter much.

That's what I had in mind, just wondering what people think about it
relative to finding everything in conf/
Plus it adds path segments in various places to get beans loaded and such,
so there's some cost in brittleness.
