I took a stab at it, but Brent's not quite there yet, and I couldn't move
the auto-wiring from that action to the new one because the new one's in
OpenSAML, so no Spring to use.

So it's basically waiting for us to meet in the middle and get the
security resolver stuff working, and possibly even for Rod's configuration.

I'm parking that stuff for a bit now that I've made some progress and
going to shift to mapping out queries, because I want to make sure we have
SOAP mostly accounted for.
