Good question, I don't know.  A related question:  how are we currently
doing unit testing of LDAP components?  Do we spin up an Apache DS
instance instance or anything like that?

Doing the RDBMS stuff the "right way" is easy, obviously, with HSQLDB,
etc and IIUC we're already doing that.
