Maven jetty testbed checked in

I've copied Brent's original files plus all my additions while I was
testing authentication flows into a new subversion project,
java-idp-testbed

maven jetty:run should work from the shell or inside Eclipse.

Cribbing from Brent's original instructions:

1) Checkout the testbed trunk.

2) Do 'mvn jetty:run' to run it locally via the Maven Jetty plugin.

3) A convenience menu to invoke SP->IdP->SP message flows will be found
at: http://localhost:8080/menu.html

All very rough, really just a debugging tool for running flow actions and
testing SWF features at this stage.
