I've never really understood the motivation behind the bundling of projects into a single repository in the way we've done with -extensions and -utilities. Can someone clue me in? Is there a per-repository overhead (e.g., in size of just the effort of creation) that we're fighting?
Just curious. I personally find it less confusing to just have one repository per project (or cluster of projects in the case of the Maven multi-module stuff).
