Noise in the attribute-resolver-* space

I realized just after my checking raced with Scott' that it would have been
polite to say that I am about to start making some disruptive changes to the
idp attribute-resolver-* as I introduce 
interfaces and rename the base implementations to Abstract.  My apologies
for that

I'll probably be doing a few more of these over the next few days.  As per
IDP-322 I still need to do AttributeResolver, AttributeFilter Attribute and
AttributeValue.  That should see the end of the major disruption, although
there may be some continued noise if we decide to restrict the interfaces
(for discussion on Friday).

However if making these changes right now is disruptive to you, please say
and I'll back burner this and go back to the oh-so-pleasurable pastime of
making our code behave "better" with Generic Types.
