help with AttributeRecipientContext ?

I think I need to add an AttributeRecipientContext to the
AttributeResolutionContext for the ResolveAttributes Web Flow Action
to resolve against LDAP, do I need a new
AddAttributeRecipientContextToAttributeResolutionContext Action or ?

Basically, I am not sure where the AttributeRecipientContext should be
instantiated and from what message.
