Updating mvn plugin versions.

I'll be doing this tomorrow morning.  Either then, or on Thursday I am
hoping to update the following dependencies

ch.qos.logback:logback-classic ...................... 1.0.11 -> 1.0.13
com.beust:jcommander .................................... 1.30 -> 1.32
com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305 ....................... 1.3.9 -> 2.0.2
com.unboundid:unboundid-ldapsdk ....................... 2.3.1 -> 2.3.4
commons-codec:commons-codec ............................... 1.7 -> 1.8
joda-time:joda-time ....................................... 2.2 -> 2.3
org.glassfish:javax.json .............................. 1.0.2 -> 1.0.3
org.mockito:mockito-all ............................... 1.9.0 -> 1.9.5

(as per IDP-333).

The major releases there is jsr305 which claims to be a "drop in
replacement", otherwise I'm explicitly avoid anything which I think my be
problematic, but sing out if this is inappropriate.
