java-idp-testbed : sp-testbed

Oh right, then pull the SP-ish static content out of java-idp-testbed
into sp-testbed and see what the common root of sp-testbed and
idp-testbed are. The menu or demo content, i.e. index.html, could be
moved into idp-demo.

idp-demo
 idp-testbed
  idp-war
 sp-testbed
  ?

Either idp-testbed or sp-testbed or both could be smushed into a
jetty.base configuration, and then instantiated separately via jetty.

Just some ideas.
