Shibboleth developer call Friday May 24 11:30 ET

The next shib dev call is 24 hours away.

This is a reminder that we are aiming for a 60 minute call, which is
usually just enough time to roll through the committers, so please use
the lists when possible, especially for new agenda items.

Also, I added a vote macro to the dev call wiki page for voting on
getLdapUrl vs getLDAPURL.
