Jetty Utils

I developed a couple Jetty utility components around logging that are 
referenced in the config I shared with Tom yesterday:

edu.vt.middleware.io.RollingFileOutputStream
edu.vt.middleware.io.FileDeleter

The purpose of the components is fairly clear by name and context in the 
config [1]. At the time I puzzled over where to put them, but now I'm 
wondering whether you might include them in whatever add-on package 
contains the delegate-to-application trust manager for Jetty. I'd be 
happy to repackage and contribute them.
