I'm not opposed to that, but I think I'd personally prefer limiting the weekly meeting to an hour, and being disciplined enough [1] to make that work. That means not thinking about it as 10 minutes per person, and more like "fifteen minutes round the table and then one major topic". If there is something that needs more time, it's likely to be either deferrable to the next week, or of real interest to only a subset of the developers in which case it would probably make sense to have a single-topic followup call.
Am I right in saying we can have any number of calls in a month without incurring extra GoToMeeting charges?
