opensaml SNAPSHOT 3.0 maven build error

Hello,

I'm trying to build a project based on opensaml 3.0 snapshot, but it 
seems as there is something missing in the repository. I get an error 
when maven tries to download the vt-crypt jar:

https://build.shibboleth.net/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/edu/vt/middleware/vt-crypt/2.1.5-SNAPSHOT/vt-crypt-2.1.5-20130308.212907-4.jar

Path to dependency:
       1) ch.SWITCH:amaais-acct-server:war:0.1-SNAPSHOT
       2) ch.SWITCH:amaais:jar:0.0.26-SNAPSHOT
       3) org.opensaml:opensaml-saml-api:jar:3.0-SNAPSHOT
       4) org.opensaml:opensaml-xmlsec-api:jar:3.0-SNAPSHOT
       5) org.opensaml:opensaml-security-api:jar:3.0-SNAPSHOT
       6) edu.vt.middleware:vt-crypt:jar:2.1.5-SNAPSHOT

Any workarounds?
