In thinking about this, my case had to be the opposite. It had to have
used the older one with the datestring on the end, and not my current
local build with no datestring. Which would fit your speculation, except
that I hadn't done a build there for days, so whatever copy was pulled
from Nexus should have been up to date.

Chad has noted that it has a habit of remembering problems getting to
Nexus, so perhaps something was stuck. Without being able to verify for
sure what datestring was in there, I can't be sure.

I think it would be good to use a more frequent update window on the V3
artifacts while they're in development. Probably not so much for V2.
