guava version update in v2 ?

I don't think we use it in v2. If we do, updating it would be fine. Our
policy is that we can update third party libraries in a minor update, so
we need to do a pass before we ship to see if anything else needs to be
brought current.

The one outstanding issue is Xerces/Xalan, which I left at 2.10 just to
avoid the testing of a new parser. That's the only thing deliberately out
of sync right now.
