Shibboleth Development calls moving to Fridays

With changes in team makeup, the standing slot for our developer calls is
moving from Thursday to Friday at 11:30am EDT/EST. Connection information
for the calls is available at

While the US is on Daylight Savings, the call time is now 15:30 UTC.

Now that work has ramped up on 3.0, we will be holding weekly touch base
calls during this slot unless cancelled ahead of time.
