coding conventions : getUrl vs getURL

I am contemplating motioning for a vote : getUrl vs getURL.

Why vote ? In this case, the content is trivial. What I am interested
in is how we build consensus. A test case for the future. We already
agree to be consistent. Questions I have are : who votes ? are all
votes counted equally ? (yes)

No wheel spinning though.

Changing lots of file names would require an ide, and a bit of luck,
methinks. And then we get disjoint version history ? Reverting the new
convention to old in idpv3 is less work, just saying.
