nightly maven snapshots ?

On second thought, I think deploying nightly to the snapshot
repository might be annoying, and we probably should have a separate
nightlies repository. Don't really want to spend the time on that
right now.

So, instead, I am thinking of adding the Release plug-in to nexus, so
that deploying a snapshot is hopefully one-click.

I think I configured the jenkins user in nexus properly. Of course,
nexus crashed later that night ...
