Firefox is doing something weird to me. I checked with curl, and you're
right.

Anyway, it's just not configured and isn't in the metadata.

Clients are not obligated to use metadata to know how to contact IdPs, but
it is a best practice that the metadata be accurate, and at the moment it
appears that it is.
