References in general.  Several of the others (PermitValueRuleReference, e.g.) looked useful as well.  Anything you can use to only say something once rather than repeating yourself.

I don't see that we ever documented it.  If it only ever appeared in the schema (which essentially no-one ever reads) then I wouldn't expect a lot of people to notice it didn't work.
