 Hi ,


Yes, I installed java 32 client and set JAVA_HOME to the installation folder. Unfortunately I could not able to install the package as it is saying  "Error:1721: there is a problem with windows installer package. A Program required for this install to  complete  could not be run . con tact  yours support person or  package vendor ."

Well, the documentation says you have to install Java. Since it mentions it's missing some software it needs, I would have to ask if you did so.
