Need Support

Hi,

I am created a role aware app which is able to understand SAML.
But unfortunately I am not able to  create a SAML to test its functionality .

I tried to install shibboleth Identity provider to help.
But in  the first step itself I am facing the problem. I cannot install the package .
I have attached the screen shot of the error I am getting please let me know the remedy for it.
