web site issues with Confluence and JIRA

I have a couple of issues to report on the wiki site.  Well, three:

0. (minor) I can't report bugs on the web site in JIRA.  When I try:
   "Assignee: The default assignee does NOT have ASSIGNABLE permission OR Unassigned issues are turned off."

1. (minor) There doesn't seem to be a wiki markup option when I edit a
   page. I appear to be required to use the wysiwyg editor. The help
   dialog suggests command-shift-d, but that's intercepted by the
   browser, which helpfully offers to create a bookmark.

2. (major) When I sadly use the wysisyg editor, the edit window is 150px
   high. This makes editing somewhat difficult.  There's about 600px of
   unused whitespace underneath it, doing nothing (until I DOM-debug my
   edit window down into it).
