osuidpext-1.4.1-src.zip broken

The Ohio State custom login handler zip file seems broken. I just
downloaded it and can't unzip it:

unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of
Downloads/osuidpext-1.4.1-src.zip or
        Downloads/osuidpext-1.4.1-src.zip.zip, and cannot find
Downloads/osuidpext-1.4.1-src.zip.ZIP, period.
