pulling the IDP src....

I'm looking at the directions for pulling the IDP src from svn, and just 
wanted to be sure about something before proceeding ....

(btw, I assume this would be the starting point if we wanted to build 
and try the OSU custom login handler, etc ... ? )

will this command (from that page) pull the current stable version, or 
the 2.4 version currently being worked on ?
