Turns out, when you do the marketplace install for STS, you get to pick
and choose which of the various and many subcomponents you want. I just
picked the Webflow one only, and installed. It seems to have worked and
didn't install a ton of stuff.  It does need to install some Spring IDE
core feature/plugins.  I tried playing around with the visual flow
editor.  I don't know enough of Webflow yet to know how useful it is,
but it's an option.
