I was actually asking if there was a visual development tool for
constructing flows, but I can see that being able to generate diagrams
would be helpful to people.

I think Chad was considering it for the design documentation and decided
against it, but that might have been just the cost. If we can generate
PNGs or whatever, that's probably fine.
