And you would be ok with changes to:
opensaml/saml2/binding/encoding/HTTPPostEncoder.java
opensaml/saml2/binding/encoding/HTTPArtifactEncoder.java
opensaml/saml1/binding/encoding/HTTPPostEncoder.java
to add the binding property ( getBindingURI() ) into the Velocity context?
