Spring 4 and Servlet 3.0

Chiming in... I  think targeting servlet 3.0 would be fine.  I don't see
any hugely compelling reason to try and support 2.5, especially if it's
going to complicate moving to Spring 4, which I would see as desirable
given when we're expecting to ship 3.0.   By the time we ship, 3.0 will
have been out for 5 years-ish.  That does not seem like an unreasonable
requirement to me.
