Sure. I guess my original reason for asking was to find out if anybody has
a visceral "you're bad and you should feel bad" reaction to using
reflection / beans to get at the settings. I don't really care to
reproduce the whole mechanism I built in C++, so it's really reflection or
just stick with static classes.
