Yeah, I see that it wouldn't really work as is, not reliably anyway. Short
of just tagging everything with a prerelease version, which of course we
could also do.

The issue, yes. Pragmatically, I think we probably just tag opensaml and
the IdP in sync with the testbed as a quick solution.
