opensaml-spring ?

How about an opensaml-spring project, as a peer to opensaml-parent or
a level above, for Spring wiring like OpensamlConfigBean ?

In the mean time, I plan on moving OpensamlConfigBean to the spring
package of idp-core.

As we have stated, we do not want any child modules of opensaml-parent
to depend on Spring, so maybe we can just omit opensaml-spring from
the list of <modules/>, not sure of the details.
