Not sure either, then.

Do you think you can share the flows and templates you are working on
without needing java-shib-testbed ? I just made it so that
idp-distribution will copy flows/ and templates/ from
idp-[authn|saml]-impl to idp-distribution.

Let me know what you need from the testbed, meaning, do you need the "sp" too ?
