Ok, I opened a ticket to look at those.

Also, fyi, while reviewing that class I confirmed that there is a bug
with the "index by all superclasses/interfaces" option:

I guess could be significant or not in the MDA, depending on whether
getting duplicates back causes an issue. At the very least, some extra
iterations in a loop.
