Haven't really thought about extensions, but you're probably right that
the Name would get rolled into an EntityAttribute, if it wasn't ignored
entirely.

I think the point is that the group-based functors and rules are
deprecated or will be, and that similar functionality would be achieved
with the entity attribute based versions.

We already have to support both approaches, but any given deployer is
using whichever approach is compatible with their needs.
