Call discussion of subject c14n use of attribute resolver

Rod mentioned possibly wanting to allow for the use of the attribute
resolver (though perhaps not the same configured resolver used for normal
purposes) to do the job of normalizing a NameID into a principal name.

It occurs to me if we wanted to allow for that, it means we probably want
to turn that concept into an actual webflow. I don't think having just a
Java interface is really compatible with being able to reuse so much of
the IdP if the reuse is of something that's already implemented as a
webflow.

Make sense?

Basically it would be "another" subsystm implemented as a flow of
action(s) against a context tree, just one that in many cases will be
trivial.
